Founded in 2008, Dewak S.A. is a privately owned company that has emerged as, and continues to be, a leading developer of cutting-edge help desk software products and services.

We are a software development company devoted to research and innovation. Each one of our processes was strategically designed to satisfy our business partners needs using technology as the tool not like the solution itself. We provide them business solutions in a fast way, with the high service level that made us famous and with the quality that our business partners deserve. Knowledge is what we produce and what we have, Dewak wants to be part of the exclusive group of companies in the world that manage their intellectual capital as an asset, with the purpose of increasing the value of our company in a nonconventional way.

You may noticed that we don’t use the word “clients”, we prefer to use the term “business partners” because we believe that if we treat them different both parties goals are fulfilled reciprocally, our products are improved and both companies grow, this is what we call a win/win scheme that is part of our philosophy.

What about the lizard?

Our pet is the Blue Anole ("Anolis gorgonae"), a lizard with brilliant blue skin, rivaling the color of the sky that lives in the Colombian island of Gorgona. The Blue Anole is a specie so elusive and rare, that scientists have been unable to give even an estimate of its population. Due to the lizard’s isolated habitat and reclusive habits, researchers know little about the blue anole, but are captivated by its stunning coloration.
