DirectLogin
Description
This module allows Kayako Resolve & Fusion end users to login automatically by clicking on a direct link sent on Kayako email messages (autoresponder, staff reply, forward and autoclose emails NEW). This link will redirect the end users to the ticket and will create a session automatically, for security purposes the email address, password and ticket id is encrypted.
Our license allows you to install this product in 1 domain, if you need more domains please create an additional order for each one.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This modification requires ionCube Loader version 3.3.18 or above on your server.
- DirectLogin DOES NOT WORK when LoginShare is enabled, please make sure you are not using this feature.
- Product is compatible with Kayako Resolve and Fusion 4.30.750 If you need this modification on other version, please contact us.

New easy to install module
Now this module can be easily installed and disabled from the Admin CP.
Automatic Login Link
When your customers send a ticket, an auto-responder email message (if enabled) will be sent to them. This email message will include the DirectLogin link at the bottom. After clicking on the DirectLogin link they will be automatically redirected and logged into the client interface of Kayako, they will land exactly on the ticket they just submitted. The DirectLogin link is also sent on staff replies, forwarded messages and autoclose emails.
Security
All your customer information is encrypted in the DirectLogin link.
Installation Instructions
- Log into our helpdesk at http://www.dewak.com/support/ with the credentials sent via email.
- Click on the Orders menu and click on the Order ID to pull up your order details.
- Download the DirectLogin package and key file "dwk_key.php".
- Backup the following files: "class.SWIFT_Ticket.php" and "class.SWIFT_TicketPost.php" both located on "/__modules/tickets/library/Ticket".
- Unzip the package, you should see a new folder called "__modules".
- Upload folder "__modules" to your Kayako installation on Kayako's main folder. E.g.: "/KAYAKO/__modules/"
- Upload the key file "dwk_key.php" inside the "directlogin" folder. E.g.: "/__modules/directlogin/dwk_key.php"
- Log into the Admin CP of your Kayako installation and click on Modules->DirectLogin->Install.
- Now click on Templates -> Templates -> Tickets -> email_ticketautoresponderhtml and after the template is open, put the following tag wherever you want to have the DirectLogin URL: [directlogin]
- Repeat the last step for templates: email_ticketautorespondertext, email_ticketforwardhtml, email_ticketforwardtext, email_ticketstaffreplyhtml, email_ticketstaffreplytext, email_ticketautoclosependinghtml, email_ticketautoclosependingtext, email_ticketautoclosefinalhtml, email_ticketautoclosefinaltext.
- Finally delete your browser's cache and temporary internet files.
DirectLogin is now installed, if you have any problems remember that you have 1 year of support and renewals after your purchase.
