Installation Instructions
- Log into our helpdesk at http://www.dewak.com/support/ with the credentials sent via email.
- Click on the Orders menu and click on the Order ID to pull up your order details.
- Download the Export2Excel package and key file "dwk_key.php".
- Unzip the package, you should see a new folder called "export_to_excel".
- Upload folder "export_to_excel" to your Kayako installation inside the folder called "__modules". E.g.: "/KAYAKO/__modules/export_to_excel"
- Upload the key file "dwk_key.php" inside the "export_to_excel" folder. E.g.: "/__modules/export_to_excel/dwk_key.php"
- Now, log into the Admin CP of your Kayako installation and click on Modules->Export2Excel->Install.
- Finally delete your browser's cache and temporary internet files.
Export2Excel is now installed, if you have any problems remember that you have 1 year of support and renewals after your purchase.
