Attachments tab - Installation instructions

If you are upgrading from Kayako v4.40.XXXX or older please uninstall Attachments Tab first. Go to Admin CP->Apps->Attachments Tab->Uninstall, then delete folder "__modules/attachment_tab". If you have any questions please contact us.

1. Download "Attachments_tab_by_Dewak.zip" and unzip folder "attachment_tab".
2. Upload folder "/__apps/attachment_tab".
3. Log into the Admin CP, click on "Apps->Attachments Tab".
4. Click on the "Install" button and wait for the confirmation message.
5. The app is now installed. To see it on action log into the Staff CP and follow the next 3 steps.
6. Open a ticket with attachments (look for the paper clip icon) or create a new ticket and attach files.
7. Click on the Attachments tab.

Demo instructions:
- Go to our demo site at http://www.dewak.com/apps/products/demo/staff
- Login with admin/abc123
- Open a ticket with attachments (look for the paper clip icon) or create a new ticket and attach files.
- Click on the Attachments tab.

Excelent solution, very pleased and happy. This feature really helps in 2 important situations:

1- Images can now be easily seen with out downloading file
2- Staff (Authorized) can now delete useless files like image signatures etc
3- When forwarding tickets, useless attachments are no longer included because you previously deleted them, leaving only the important ones.
